It’s nice to occasionally draw something just for the fun of it. I’ve been watching a lot of He-man, She-Ra, Thundarr the Barbarian, and Conan the Adventurer, ya know, all that G-rated barbarian bullshit. It just struck me as fun to draw one of my characters in a fantasy setting and so I chose my favorite subject: Hailey. I also tried a new, more cartoon-y style. Main differences: Bigger lips and eyes, no nose. Course now she looks kinda like a Bratz doll. Berta says she looks like a frog. Oh well, I still think it’s a kinda cute style, but I don’t know that I’ll do any stories in it.
